The Madison Community Montessori Discovery Fund keeps the school more affordable to a wider range of students and maintain a culturally and socioeconomically diverse community.

Tax-deductible gifts to the Discovery Fund are a way for all of those who have benefitted from the education MCMS provides – parents, staff, grandparents, alumni, and others – to pay it forward for others to benefit as well.

Gifts to the Discovery Fund are unrestricted and allow us to strive for excellence in a variety of capacities. Families are asked to make the Discovery Fund a giving priority. If every family gives every year, we can continue to enrich every child.

Contributions to the Discovery Fund touch every part of the school – from playground balls to new computers, from books to special Montessori materials for the classrooms, from Parent Information & Engagement events to professional development opportunities for our faculty and staff, from field trips to props for classroom performances.

Madison Community Montessori School is made up of a community of individuals who support the school in many ways. This commitment is a tradition at MCMS that enables the school to enhance existing programs and realize its mission. The philanthropic tradition of giving to non-profit organizations is very much alive at MCMS.

Like all independent schools, MCMS depends on the generosity of current families, alumni and friends to accomplish its visionary goals while keeping tuition costs as low as possible. The high standards we have come to expect at MCMS can only be maintained through the active support of its community.
