Director of Education

We are seeking our next highly-qualified Director of Education for the 2021-22 school year. This is a key leadership and administrative position responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent AMI Montessori education to all MCMS students. The Director of Education will supervise the school’s faculty and specialists, coordinate parent education events, and work to support student growth and uphold our mission: respecting children and their natural joy of discovery. This position reports to and works closely with the Head of School, participating in recruitment, enrollment, and programming decisions of the school. This is a full-time, year-round position, with part-time hours during summer months.

Substitute Teachers

MCMS is seeking qualified substitute teachers to join our sub pool. Substitutes will assist in programs from preschool through junior high. The ideal candidate has experience working with children of all ages. Montessori knowledge and experience are a big plus, and an interest in learning about Montessori education is a must! Candidates should be self-directed, reliable, patient, flexible, and have a positive outlook and the ability to collaborate with others.
