The entrepreneurial spirit is alive in alum Sinead McHugh. Sinead and her business partner are the founders of Short Stack Eatery. The breakfast-only restaurant is located at 301 West Johnson Street in Madison. They serve the public continuously from 7:00am on Thursday until 11:00pm Sunday night. Sinead’s sister, Rebecca McHugh, stopped in to visit and observe in our classrooms. Rebecca graduated from UW-Whitewater in May of 2014 and got married just a few weeks later.
