Deposits are due with submission of signed Enrollment & Tuition Contracts (see contract for more information). Deposits are rolled over from year to year until a child completes his/her educational experience at MCMS. Deposits are refunded only after completion of a full school year and payment of full annual tuition costs, including any incidental charges.
Annual Fees are non-refundable and include items such as student supplies, paper products, snack, milk and transportation costs (if applicable). Annual fees are due in August.
Annual Tuition may be paid in 10 equal installments (August – May), in 2 equal installments (August & January), or in 1 installment (August). Families may select payment preference on the Enrollment & Tuition Contract.
Application Fees are non-refundable fees to be submitted upon application or re-application to MCMS and are not applied to tuition rates: New students = $100, Returning students = $50
Sibling Discount: A 10% discount is applied to Montessori tuition for additional children from the same family. Sibling discounts do not apply to child care (including Early Arrival, CHAS, or ASC), annual fees, deposits or other charges.
*Nature's Classroom Institute: Upper Elementary and Adolescent students participate in an outdoor environmental program each year. The UE program attends one week, typically in November. The AD program attends for three one-week trips, typically in September, December and May. Charges for this experience are set by NCI, and are assessed to the participating families by the school in the month of the actual experience. Currently, tuition for each week is approximately $300.
