MCMS was founded as a non-profit, AMI accredited school (Association Montessori Internationale) and has served families from the greater Madison area since 1972. Throughout the years our goal has been to provide the very best in Montessori education.
Our Montessori school year generally starts in early September and continues through the second week of June. There is an orientation for new students the week before school begins each year, and new students are phased in over the first two weeks of the school year.
Applications for new children are welcome at any time and are processed on a first come, first served basis, with consideration for enrollment guidelines. Children may enter the program throughout the school year as space permits.
